Weather forecast today (September 30), in the Northern region and Thanh Hoa there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain with common rainfall in the mountainous and midland areas of the Northern region from 40-90mm, locally over 180mm; other places in the Northern region and Thanh Hoa from 30-60mm, locally over 120mm. Weather at sea, currently there is a low pressure trough with an axis at about 19-22 degrees North latitude connecting with storm Krathon at 1am located at about 19.9 degrees North latitude, 122.3 degrees East longitude.

During the next 24 hours, Typhoon Krathon will move slowly westward towards the south of Taiwan (China).

Today and tonight, in the eastern sea of ​​the North East Sea area, there will be showers and strong thunderstorms. There is a possibility of tornadoes in the thunderstorms.
