The investor of Hai Long Industrial Park has just handed over the site to Glitter Vietnam Festival Products Co., Ltd. to implement a 75 million USD project. The project is implemented on an area of ​​14.9 hectares, with a designed capacity of 18,000 tons of products/year, specializing in the production of gift wrapping paper, gift boxes, paper bags, notebooks, greeting cards, paper cups and plates, serving the domestic and international markets.

Hai Long Industrial Park focuses on synchronous infrastructure, environmental friendliness, and prioritizes attracting industries with high added value.

The handed-over site has been leveled synchronously and meets standards, allowing investors to start construction immediately. The choice of Hai Long Industrial Park for the project proves the attractiveness and reputation of this industrial park, thanks to its strategic location, modern infrastructure and investor support policies.

The land inventory work in the communes is still unfinished, especially Cua Tung commune has only inventoried 87/230 plots, Ben Hai commune 4/83 plots, while Nam Cua Viet commune has completed 157/157 plots. The People's Committee of Da Nang City has approved the investment policy of the Lien Chieu Container Port Project with a total preliminary investment of VND45,268 billion, equivalent to USD1.757 billion. The project will be implemented in three phases, building a total of 8 container terminals along with a rear system and auxiliary works, ensuring the standards of a green port and an international transit port.

The project scale is about 172.6 hectares of land, with a total design capacity of 5.7 million TEUs/year, with terminals receiving ships up to 18,000 TEUs. The project also invests in barge terminals, warehouses, refrigerated container yards and especially, a railway area directly connected to Kim Lien Station, helping to reduce road traffic and optimize logistics.

Phase 1 from the fourth quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2028 will build at least the first two terminals and synchronous infrastructure, phase 2 will complete terminals 3 and 4 by 2033, phase 3 will complete the remaining terminals by 2036. The People's Committee of Nghe An province has just approved the policy of surveying 6 locations in Tan Chau, Duc Chau and Quynh Son communes to plan resettlement areas to serve the site clearance for the North-South high-speed railway project. The province aims to start 3 resettlement areas in Hoang Mai ward, Tan Chau commune and Hung Nguyen Nam commune as soon as possible, and complete the determination of the remaining areas in October 2025.

Specifically, the survey sites have an area of ​​1.1 hectares to 3 hectares, serving the resettlement arrangement for affected households. Nghe An assigned departments and branches to complete planning procedures, compensation, land, construction investment in accordance with the law, use for the right purpose and resettlement objects, avoid waste.

The North-South high-speed railway project passing through Nghe An province directly affects about 38 residential areas with 2,150 households, of which 1,942 households must be resettled. Coca-Cola's project in Ho Chi Minh City expires on September 27, 2025

The project of Coca-Cola Vietnam Beverage Company Limited in Ho Chi Minh City will expire on September 27, 2025, after 30 years from the date of issuance of the investment registration certificate. After the expiration, the investor is allowed to continue using the land for another 24 months to liquidate assets, handle land use rights and relocate the factory according to regulations.
