At the program, Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union, Head of the Provincial Women's Affairs Committee Bui Thi Hanh reviewed the 95-year tradition of formation and development of the Vietnam Women's Union and the valuable contributions of the union and Dong Nai women in the cause of national liberation struggle, building and defending the Fatherland.

On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union and the 15th anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20), the Provincial Women's Union coordinated with Xuan Loc Prison to organize an exchange program, talk on the topic and award the Writing Contest on The Woman I Love to female prisoners serving their sentences at Xuan Loc Prison. Thereby, creating an opportunity for female prisoners to share and express their feelings for the woman they love; at the same time, creating a joyful, warm and humane atmosphere during the October 20 anniversary. The contest was launched from March 2025 to October 2025, and the Organizing Committee received over 100 entries.

Speaking at the program, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union Le Thi Thanh Loan sent her best wishes to the female prisoners serving their sentences at Xuan Loc Prison on the occasion of the Vietnam Women's Union's Founding Day and Vietnamese Women's Day. At the same time, she expressed her hope that the female prisoners will reform well and soon return to their families and communities. Union organizations at all levels in the province will always accompany female prisoners on the path to rehabilitation and reintegration into the community; continue to fulfill the duties and roles of women in the family, be good citizens of society to build happy families, and contribute to building Dong Nai province to become more and more prosperous and civilized.

On behalf of Xuan Loc Prison, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dinh Hai, Deputy Warden of the prison, hopes that in the coming time, organizations, agencies, unions, especially the Dong Nai Women's Union, will continue to pay attention, support, and help so that the management, education , and rehabilitation of female prisoners will become more and more effective.
