(DN) - According to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province, in the past 9 months, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in the province have organized many social security activities, helping the poor, people in difficult circumstances, policy families, and disadvantaged youth with a total amount of more than 508 billion VND.

Some outstanding activities include: The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee mobilized the construction of 1,334 solidarity houses, with a total value of 111.2 billion VND; mobilized the Fund for the Poor with a total amount of 146.6 billion VND; mobilized people from all walks of life to contribute 17,908 working days to build roads and civil works; organized 57 charity markets... The total value of social security activities is over 400 billion VND.

The Provincial Women's Union launched an emulation campaign to celebrate major national holidays and Party congresses at all levels, through which it carried out 312 projects and tasks worth over VND5.9 billion; mobilized social capital to build 19 houses worth over VND1.8 billion; implemented activities to honor meritorious people and policy beneficiaries with a total cost of over VND1.2 billion; coordinated to award scholarships to 50 orphans worth VND280 million and awarded 147 ao dai to 107 female students in difficult circumstances...

The Provincial Labor Federation organized activities to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, supporting 77,594 union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total value of 77.6 billion VND; on the occasion of Workers' Month 2025, organized visits and gave gifts to 1,321 union members and workers in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses and serious work accidents, with a total value of 1.2 billion VND; organized the Union Meal Program at 115 grassroots unions, with the number of beneficiaries being 190,581 workers...

The Provincial Veterans Association visited and presented gifts to 2,646 members and relatives of sick and deceased members with a total value of more than 2 billion VND; at the same time visited and presented gifts to veteran members, the poor, and people in difficult circumstances during holidays and Tet with a total value of nearly 5.6 billion VND...

The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee presented over 15,000 gifts, worth over 5 billion VND in total to policy families, the poor, and disadvantaged youth; supported 55,237 disadvantaged youth and awarded 7,571 scholarships, worth 6.8 billion VND; organized over 125,000 volunteer activities, 51 projects worth over 570 million VND; supported 162,000 people in carrying out administrative procedures...

In addition to the above activities, the Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations at all levels have actively promoted and mobilized the implementation of the Movement to join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. As of September 2025, the whole province has built 1,576 new houses and repaired 383 houses for policy families, meritorious people, poor and near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances with a total value of nearly 122 billion VND.
