The program is organized to contribute to the implementation of the Education Development Strategy to 2030, vision to 2045; the Program "Building a Learning Citizen Model for the 2021 - 2030 period" according to the Prime Minister's policy; creating a positive learning environment, helping children practice and develop comprehensively in intelligence, physical strength, ethics and life skills, towards building a young generation that is dynamic, creative, full of aspirations and responsibility.

Speaking at the Festival, Vice President of the Central Council of Young Pioneers, Director of the Center for Support and Development of Vietnamese Children Le Anh Quan emphasized that in the digital age - where knowledge and technology have developed rapidly, learning does not stop at books, but also needs to be associated with creative thinking, life skills and a sense of responsibility.

The highlight of the program is the life skills communication product set, including propaganda videos on: Drowning prevention, escape when stuck in a car, first aid for wounds, communication skills, teamwork, personal health protection, confidence in front of a crowd...

These products have been widely spread on social networks, team meetings, and extracurricular activities at 150 schools nationwide.

The playground "Vietnamese Children - Creative Learning" is an activity organized by the Central Council of the Young Pioneers for children aged 6-10 who are studying at primary school, aiming to help them access knowledge in a close way, comprehensively develop skills, moral qualities and properly exercise their rights and duties according to the Law on Children.

At the Festival, children will experience creative activities, movement, 3D interaction, hat decoration drawing, 3D scanning drawing on LED, puzzle making...

Sharing his feelings when participating in the festival, Nguyen Huynh Hai Au ( Tay Ninh Province Youth Center) said that this was the first time he had participated in such a big festival, everything was very new and fun. He was able to draw hats, make puzzles and participate in many exchange activities. Here he made many new friends. Hai Au hopes that in the future there will be more activities like this so that he can both play and learn more interesting things.

At the Festival, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, the Center for Support and Development of Vietnamese Children and accompanying units also awarded 80 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, to children who have overcome difficulties to study well; have excellent achievements in studying, training and participating in Young Pioneers' activities.
