Thousands of Mid-Autumn gifts come to children in Tan Hoi, Langbiang - Da Lat and disadvantaged sick children

On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival 2025, many meaningful programs were held in Tan Hoi commune and Langbiang ward - Da Lat. The program presented more than 3,000 gifts, scholarships, and lanterns to children, bringing a bustling and warm atmosphere to the full moon festival.

On October 3, Tan Hoi Commune People's Committee organized the "Full Moon Festival" program at Tan Hoi Primary School with the participation of more than 1,000 children. At the program, the organizing committee presented 200 gifts to poor students who have overcome difficulties; 1,000 gifts, 42 scholarships and 100 lanterns to the children.

Children can also participate in lion dances, performances, lantern making competitions, Mid-Autumn Festival trays and get free haircuts.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Tan Hoi commune also plans to give 350 more gifts to disadvantaged students at schools in the area.

On the same day, at Xa Lat Secondary School (Langbiang Ward - Da Lat), Langbiang Ward Youth Union - Da Lat coordinated with Department PX01 ( Lam Dong Provincial Police) and Tam An Pagoda (Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat) to organize the program "Mid-Autumn Festival for Children".

At the program, 1,000 gifts worth 50 million VND, including moon cakes, milk, lanterns... were given to children in remote areas and ethnic minority areas in the area.

Besides, there are many art performances, lion and dragon dances, folk games, creating a lively and cohesive atmosphere.

In the afternoon of the same day, the working delegation along with Buddhist nun Thich Nu Hanh Nhan, Abbot of Tam An Pagoda, continued to visit and give 1,000 Mid-Autumn gifts to students of Da Nghit Kindergarten, Xa Lat Primary School, Xa Lat Secondary School and Pang Tieng 1 Residential Group (Langbiang Ward - Da Lat).

The program has a total budget of about 50 million VND supported by the Provincial Police, Tam An Pagoda and Buddhists.

On the same day, at Lam Dong General Hospital, the program "Mid-Autumn Festival of Love" was held at Lam Dong General Hospital and the Provincial Social Protection Center with the cooperation of many units and philanthropists.

Many kind-hearted people bring Mid-Autumn Festival love to inpatients and children in especially difficult circumstances at the Provincial Social Protection Center.

On this occasion, 60 sick children and children in especially difficult circumstances were given Mid-Autumn gifts worth 400,000 VND/gift along with cakes, milk, lanterns... bringing warm joy and sharing love.
