In 2025, for the first time in the past 10 years, Hanoi Medical University announced that it will enroll 80 additional students in the Social Work major based on the high school graduation exam scores. The admission combinations include A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), B00 (Math, Chemistry, Biology), B08 (Math, Biology, English). The threshold for receiving application documents is 17. The Social Work major will start enrolling students this year.

Candidates nationwide who wish to enter the school must submit their applications directly from 8:00 a.m. on September 3 to 4:00 p.m. on September 12. The application includes a notarized copy of the high school graduation exam certificate and a copy of the foreign language certificate and national and international awards (if any).

Hanoi University of Industry also enrolls students in the second round for training programs in English such as: Accounting; Computer Science ; Mechanical Engineering Technology; Automotive Engineering Technology; Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology; Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering Technology; Tourism; Tourism and Travel Services Management; Hotel Management; Restaurant and Catering Services Management. The school accepts online registration from September 1 to September 10, 2025.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Education also opened additional enrollment for full-time training in 2025 with 7 majors: Educational Technology, Information Technology; Russian Language; French Language; Japanese Language; Korean Language; International Studies.

The school accepts applications from 8:00 a.m. on September 3 to 5:00 p.m. on September 16, 2025 at xettuyen.hcmue.edu.vn.

Candidates who need additional admission must follow the admission information on the school's website.

This year, 849,544 candidates registered for admission on the Ministry of Education and Training's system, with a total of more than 7.6 million wishes; accordingly, each candidate registered an average of about 9 wishes.

Recently, the Ministry of Education and Training decided to extend the time to confirm admission on the general admission system until 5:00 p.m. on September 2. Thus, successful candidates have 3 more days to confirm their admission, no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 2, instead of August 30 as originally planned.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, all admitted candidates (including direct admission candidates) are required to confirm their admission online on the common system at: http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn. If this is not done on time, the candidate's admission results will be canceled.
