Causing loss of trust

It is shown in all talk and no action, only promises and then leaves it at that, or shouting and calling for the people, but not taking specific, practical actions to bring legitimate rights and benefits to the people.

It is shown by being close to the people but still not understanding their hearts. Although reaching out to the people, they only propagate, mobilize, and explain according to their subjective wishes. If they listen to the people, it is "listening to know", but in reality, they ignore it.

There are also people who, although they appear to be close to the people, actually live far away from them. When they meet people, they eagerly ask questions, but in reality, they do not truly care. That is why people ask, “Is your grandfather still well?” when “his grandfather” has passed away for a long time!

What is more dangerous is that these populist moves are often covered with a layer of sophistication and flashiness that not everyone can easily recognize. They intentionally do some superficial things to avoid being labeled as unfriendly to the people and to somehow win over the people.

The above manifestations show alarming degradation. The people always have a discerning eye and always perceive and evaluate the Party mainly through the qualities, qualifications, ethics, and lifestyles of cadres and party members. History has proven that "The people are the ones who carry the boat, and the people are the ones who capsize the boat." Our Party also has regulations requiring cadres and party members not to be insensitive, not to "talk in vain" to the people, and not to live far from the people.

Our ancestors also have a saying: "If you say nine, you must do ten/If you say ten, do nine, some will laugh at you and some will criticize you" , to remind us to always value and maintain our word of "trust", and to always say what we do.

Therefore, fighting against apathy and demagoguery is a regular task of every Party committee at all levels and every cadre and Party member.
