Currently, live pigs in this area are purchased at a price of 68,000 - 69,000 VND/kg. Of which, the price of 69,000 VND/kg is recorded in: Hanoi, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Ha Nam and Thai Binh .

Many localities in the Central Highlands region increased prices by two, trading from 67,000 - 70,000 VND/kg.

Accordingly, Lam Dong and Binh Thuan have the highest live hog prices in the region, reaching 70,000 VND/kg. Next is Ninh Thuan with live hog prices reaching 69,000 VND/kg. The remaining localities sell live hogs at around 67,000 - 68,000 VND/kg.

The market for live pigs in the South is on the rise. Currently, live pigs in this area cost between 69,000 - 72,000 VND/kg.

Of which, Dong Nai is the only locality with the price of 72,000 VND/kg, the highest in the country. Lower than one price are Ba Ria - Vung Tau , Tay Ninh and Dong Thap, all trading at 71,000 VND/kg.

In general, the live hog market is on the rise, especially in the Southern region. A survey this morning showed that the live hog price nationwide is currently fluctuating between 67,000 and 72,000 VND/kg.
