The 15th HTN District Youth Volleyball Tournament, 2023

The 15th HTN District Youth Volleyball Tournament, 2023 - Son Tra Cup just took place..

This year, there are 8 teams participating in the tournament, including 4 teams from communes and towns and 4 teams from agencies, units and armed forces in the whole district. The teams are divided into 2 groups to compete in a round robin. After the qualifying round, the first and second teams in each group will compete in the quarter-finals, semi-finals, then compete for third place and the final.

After 4 days of competition, the results: first prize belongs to the 4th Mobile Battalion team, second prize belongs to Thuan Nam town team and third prize belongs to Ham Thanh team. The organizing committee awarded first, second, third and consolation prizes to the teams, and also awarded the best attack prize to the athlete of Thuan Nam town team and the best libero prize to the athlete of Ham Thanh team.

This is a sports tournament organized annually by the Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union of HTN district in coordination with the District Culture - Information - Sports Center to develop the sports movement in general and volleyball in particular among union members, members and youth. This year's tournament also aims to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the Vietnam Youth Union's traditional day (October 15).
