Rescue injured man in 30m deep well

On the afternoon of June 20, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Lam Dong Province Police promptly and successfully rescued a man in an accident in a 30m deep well.

Previously, at around 2:30 p.m. the same day, while dredging a water well, Mr. MVH (born in 1975, residing in Lien Nghia town, Duc Trong district, Lam Dong province) was hit by a pump that fell on him at a depth of 30 meters.

At around 3:15 p.m., the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Area 2 of Lam Dong Provincial Police received the report and dispatched a specialized vehicle and nine officers and soldiers to the scene to urgently rescue the victim.

The process of approaching the victim was difficult because the well was more than 30m deep and had a narrow diameter. Determining the emergency, the soldiers used a pulley to bring rescuers down to the scene to approach the victim, locked it securely, and quickly brought it to the surface.

After 1 hour, the police force was able to bring Mr. H. out of the well safely. The victim received first aid at the scene and was then transferred to Duc Trong District Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
