On October 2, at the press conference on the first Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee said that the congress will take place in 3 days from October 9 - 11, 2025, at the Military Academy hall (Lam Vien Ward - Da Lat). The motto of the congress is "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development".

Mr. Vo Thanh Binh, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, said that the congress was attended by 498 official delegates, representing more than 119,396 party members, including 92 ex-officio delegates and 406 delegates appointed from 128 party committees under the Provincial Party Committee. The personnel of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee and key positions of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Delegation attending the 14th National Party Congress were appointed by the Politburo .

Mr. Nguyen Khac Binh, Chief of Office of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, said that the congress will carry out two main contents: Summarizing the implementation of the Party Congress resolution for the 2020-2025 term and determining the directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term; discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
Responding to Thanh Nien reporters about the preparation process and propaganda work for the congress, Mr. Vo Thanh Binh affirmed that the preparation work for the provincial party congress was directed early and very carefully.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee identified propaganda work as one of the key tasks in the preparation period for the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. This is a major political event, an important milestone in the development process of the three former provinces of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan , and Dak Nong when merging into Lam Dong, especially in the context of the country entering a new era.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission has directed its grassroots Party organizations to hang banners, slogans, billboards, posters, Party flags, and national flags at the headquarters of agencies, units, schools, etc., and to carry out visual propaganda and agitation work on main roads, public places, Congress venues, and the Provincial Party Committee headquarters, the Provincial People's Committee headquarters, and the headquarters of communes, wards, and special zones.
Press agencies also strongly propagated the results of economic, social, security, defense and Party building development in the 2020-2025 term and the main goals and tasks of the 2025-2030 term. Lam Dong Newspaper, Radio and Television also launched a special page for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term on electronic newspapers; published a special issue on the day of the congress and broadcast live the opening and closing sessions.
In addition, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism also displayed and exhibited documentary photos with the theme "Lam Dong, Solidarity, Innovation, Sustainable Development" to welcome the 1st Congress of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, at the congress hall; organized the art program "Belief and Aspiration" to welcome the success of the congress (on the evening of October 11) at Lam Vien Square, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat.
