Instead of accepting, Mr. T. reacted harshly, using threatening words and then using his hand to squeeze Mr. S.'s neck twice. The incident happened right in front of a number of students and school security guards. Security guards had to intervene promptly to prevent the incident from continuing.

As a result, Mr. S. suffered pain and showed signs of neck injury. The school recorded images of the injury and reported it to the authorities.

The school's Board of Directors emphasized that Mr. T.'s violent behavior not only seriously affected Mr. S.'s health and spirit, but also caused psychological shock to the students who witnessed the incident. This damaged the educational environment, which requires safety, health, and exemplary behavior from the teaching staff.
