Hanoi partially adjusts detailed planning of X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned Dong Anh district to organize the local adjustment of the 1/500 scale detailed planning of the X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area; assigned 3,401m2 to the Tay Ho District People's Committee; adjusted and supplemented the 2025 land use plan of Cau Giay district.

Dong Anh District approved the planning estimate for the X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area.

On February 17, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 737/QD-UBND on assigning the task to the Dong Anh District People's Committee to organize the local adjustment of the 1/500 scale Detailed Planning of Resettlement Area X2 Kim Chung, Dong Anh District and authorize the Dong Anh District People's Committee to approve the planning estimate (Location: Kim Chung Commune, Vong La Commune, Dong Anh District, Hanoi City).

Accordingly, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Dong Anh District People's Committee to organize the local adjustment of the detailed planning, scale 1/500 of the X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area, Dong Anh District (project name and scale will be specifically determined during the planning preparation, appraisal and approval process).

Hanoi City People's Committee authorizes Dong Anh District People's Committee to approve the estimate for the establishment of Local Adjustment of the Detailed Planning, scale 1/500 of X2 Kim Chung Resettlement Area, authorization period: 1 year from the date of issuance of this decision; Dong Anh District People's Committee is responsible for implementing the decision according to current regulations.

Handing over 3,401 m2 to Tay Ho District People's Committee to build flower and green tree gardens

Also on February 17, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 738/QD-UBND on handing over 3,401 m2 at planning block O1-P3, Phu Thuong ward, Tay Ho district to the Tay Ho district People's Committee to implement the project of building flower gardens and green trees. Currently, the site clearance work on this land has been completed.

Form of land use: The State allocates land without collecting land use fees. Land use term: Long-term. Land allocation method: Land allocation without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.

According to the Decision, within 12 consecutive months from the date of receiving the land handover on the field, the People's Committee of Tay Ho District must put the land into use. In case the land is not put into use or the extension period according to the provisions of the law on land expires, the City will reclaim the land without compensation for the land and assets attached to the land as well as the remaining investment costs on the land.

Adjusting and supplementing the 2025 land use plan of Cau Giay district

On February 17, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 753/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 Land Use Plan of Cau Giay District.

Accordingly, adding a land area of about 10,642 m2 at No. 68 Duong Dinh Nghe Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District to invest in the construction of a parking lot to the List of works and projects implemented in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Cau Giay District.

Adjust the content of "List of projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan including 22 projects with a total area of 28.36 hectares" to "List of projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Cau Giay District including 23 projects with a total area of 29.42 hectares". Other contents are still implemented according to the previously issued plan.
