From the early morning of October 7, the functional forces of Hanoi City Police actively coordinated with relevant departments and branches to deploy traffic congestion prevention and control work. To ensure safety, the City Police asked people to proactively choose appropriate travel routes, ensuring safety when participating in traffic in rainy and windy conditions, and flooded roads.
