Hanoi won the overall title at the 2025 National Archery Championship

VHO - After 7 days of exciting competition at Hong Duc University Sports Complex (Thanh Hoa), the 2025 National Archery Championship ended with the overall first place belonging to Hanoi.

Considered the pinnacle of the national high-performance sports system, this year's tournament gathered more than 150 archers from 12 delegations across the country, competing for 40 sets of medals in two categories: single-string bow and triple-string bow.

This is not only an opportunity for localities to compete and evaluate their performance, but also an opportunity to discover and select outstanding faces to supplement the National Archery team in the coming time.

In the final result, the Hanoi delegation continued to affirm its position as the "big guy" of the Vietnamese Archery village when it won the first place overall with impressive achievements: 12 gold medals, 13 silver medals and 12 bronze medals.

The Organizing Committee awarded medals to athletes with high rankings in the events.

Vinh Long delegation surprised everyone when they surpassed many strong opponents, ranking second with 11 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 8 bronze medals.

Third place belongs to Quang Ninh delegation with 7 gold medals, 6 silver medals and 4 bronze medals.

Although not in the leading group, the host team Thanh Hoa still left an impression with their spirit of hard work, winning 1 gold medal and 3 bronze medals, contributing to creating an exciting and vibrant atmosphere for the tournament.

The success of the 2025 National Archery Championship once again affirms Thanh Hoa's role in organizing major sporting events, while also demonstrating the strong development of the Vietnamese archery movement on the journey towards regional and international arenas.
