The content of the sports competition includes: The theoretical part tests the awareness of the Team Regulations, the Troop Management Regulations, documents on building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" unit, building discipline, management, training discipline and ensuring safety. The practical part tests the Team Regulations movements of each person without a gun.

Captain Trinh Thi Len, Military Training Officer (Staff Department), won first prize at the sports competition, shared: "To achieve high results, each female soldier must study and carefully research documents related to building a regular order and discipline; learn the regulations and rules and practice individual team exercises skillfully. This is an opportunity for us to be more confident, mature and strictly follow discipline, contributing to preserving the etiquette, demeanor and beauty of a revolutionary soldier.

In his closing speech, Lieutenant Colonel Le Xuan Tam praised the sense of responsibility, sense of organization and discipline, and the efforts of the contestants. During the competition, the contestants strictly followed the rules and regulations, and were calm and confident in performing well in the competition. The competition is an opportunity to evaluate the actual results of training in regulations of agencies and units in general and of female soldiers in particular; on that basis, the staff agency guides and adjusts the content, time, and training methods to suit the unit's reality.

The Deputy Political Commissar of the Navy requested that Party committees and commanders of agencies and units pay more attention to training female soldiers in order to improve the quality of building discipline, training military spirit and style, meeting the requirements of work and unit building.
