The project of building and purchasing library equipment for students of Bang Coc Primary and Secondary School was sponsored by the Vietnam Children's Fund mobilizingSHB Bank, with a total cost of 365 million VND. After 6 months of construction, the project has been completed, clean and beautiful, and put into use.
The Bang Coc Primary and Secondary School Library in Tuyen Quang Province is one of five libraries for disadvantaged children sponsored by SHB Bank in 2024 through the Vietnam Children's Fund, with a total funding of more than 1.8 billion VND. Previously, SHB Bank built libraries in Lang Son, Nghe An and Quang Binh provinces. From 2021 to present, with a total funding of nearly 19 billion VND, SHB Bank, through the Vietnam Children's Fund, has implemented many practical and meaningful programs and projects to support education and health care for children in special and difficult circumstances nationwide.

Mr. Dinh Tien Hai - Director of the Vietnam Children's Fund shared: The library support program aims to help children in mountainous areas have more opportunities to study, discover new knowledge, develop comprehensively, especially creative thinking, contributing to helping schools complete their education and training career, and nurture talents for the country. Not only does it help promote reading culture, inspire knowledge, and improve people's intelligence, but the library also contributes to the implementation of political tasks, scientific research, and cultural and social development. Hopefully, the library will be effectively exploited by the school, well maintained, and continue to add more rich books, contributing to helping students have the opportunity to access knowledge, arouse their passion for reading from a young age to help their dreams and ambitions in the future.

At the ceremony, according to the actual needs of the school, the Vietnam Children's Fund presented students of Bang Coc Primary and Secondary School with 06 industrial fans worth more than 12 million VND; donated books and 10 sets of English reading pens to the school library worth more than 15 million VND. The total value of gifts presented at the ceremony was nearly 28 million VND./.
