Ministry of Industry and Trade extends deadline for submitting response to anti-dumping investigation on ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles from India

VTV.vn - The Ministry of Industry and Trade has extended the deadline until November 12, 2025 for domestic and importing enterprises to respond to the anti-dumping investigation on ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles from India.

Information from the Department of Trade Remedies ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ), on August 18, 2025, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2333/QD-BCT and the accompanying Notice on the investigation and application of anti-dumping measures on some ceramic and porcelain tiles originating from India (Case code: AD23).

On September 5, 2025, the Trade Remedies Authority (Investigation Agency) issued Notice No. 138/TB-PVTM on the issuance of the Investigation Questionnaire for domestic producers and importers in the AD23 case. Accordingly, the deadline for responding to the investigation questionnaire is before 5:00 p.m. on October 13, 2025.

Based on the request for extension of the submission of questionnaires by domestic producers, the Investigation Authority agrees to extend the time for domestic producers and importers to respond to the investigation questionnaires until 5:00 p.m. on November 12, 2025 ( Hanoi time). After the above deadline, the Investigation Authority may use available data in accordance with the provisions of the law on trade defense.

For other contents, companies are requested to follow the instructions in the investigation questionnaire issued with Notice No. 138/TB-PVTM dated September 5, 2025 of the Trade Remedies Authority.
