Central Reporters Conference September 2025

On the morning of September 26, the Central Propaganda and Education Commission (CPEC) organized the Central Reporters Conference for September 2025 in a combination of in-person and online formats to nearly 1,500 points across the country, with more than 60,000 delegates attending. Comrade Pham Tat Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission (CPEC) chaired the Conference.

Attending the Conference at the Cao Bang Department of Health bridge point were comrades of the Party Executive Committee of the Department of Health, representatives of the Party Executive Committee of the Department, Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries of Party cells under the Party Committee of the Department of Health, Party cells of the Department and all Party members, officials and employees of Party Cell 1 - Department of Health Agency, Party Cell 02 - Department of Health Agency, Party Cell of the Department of Population - Food Safety and Hygiene, Party Cell of the Center for Forensic Medicine and Testing. Comrade Trieu Thanh Son - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Department of Health chaired the Conference at the Department of Health bridge point.

At the Disease Control Center's bridge point, there were comrades of the Party Executive Committee of the department and all Party members of the Party Cells under the Disease Control Center's Party Committee.

At the Conference, delegates listened to leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training inform on the topic "Breakthrough in education and training development in the new development period"; representatives of the Central Party Office informed on the results of party congresses at all levels (updated to September 25), preparations for the 14th Party Congress, issues that need attention in propaganda for provincial party congresses and the 14th Party Congress; representatives of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee presented the topic "The Party's viewpoints and orientations on private economic development over 40 years of innovation".

Orienting propaganda work in the coming time, comrade Pham Tat Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, suggested: Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commissions of Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Central Committee, socio-political organizations, reporters at all levels and grassroots propagandists focus on propagating the 13th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, scheduled to be held in October 2025. Propagate the results of Party congresses at all levels, especially the congresses of higher-level Party committees; and preparations for the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Pay attention to propaganda work to implement 4 important Resolutions of the Politburo, including: Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW on ensuring national energy security until 2030, vision to 2045; Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in education and training development; Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW on a number of breakthrough solutions, strengthening protection, care and improvement of people's health. Continue to promote propaganda on the implementation of resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee, Politburo, Secretariat on perfecting the apparatus organization, arranging administrative units, building 2-level local governments. Focus on propagating major holidays and important political events of the country, first of all the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly; 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress; Election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
