The first meeting of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, term II, 2025 - 2030

(laichau.gov.vn) This afternoon (October 21), the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, term II, 2025 - 2030, held its first Conference. Comrade Le Van Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee Lo Van Huong; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee Nguyen Thi Hong Tuyen chaired the Conference.

At the Conference, delegates listened to the dissemination and implementation of Directive No. 46-CT/TW, dated May 16, 2025 of the Politburo on leading the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term and Plan No. 10-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on implementing Directive No. 46-CT/TW, dated May 16, 2025 of the Politburo.

At the same time, discuss and give opinions on the following contents: Working regulations of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, term II, 2025 - 2030; Working program of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, term II, 2025 - 2030; Action program of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to implement the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; Adjust the Action program of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; collect opinions on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.

Discussing at the Conference, delegates gave their opinions on the following contents: Working regulations, Working program, Action program of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, term II, 2025 - 2030... and some other related issues.

Concluding the Conference, Comrade Le Van Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assigned specialized agencies to absorb the opinions of delegates at the Conference and complete the contents to ensure compliance with regulations. In particular, regarding the content of thoroughly implementing Directive No. 46-CT/TW, dated May 16, 2025 of the Politburo on leading the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term and Plan No. 10-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on implementing Directive No. 46-CT/TW, dated May 16, 2025 of the Politburo. Party committees and organizations continue to disseminate and thoroughly educate cadres, civil servants, party members and workers about the meaning and importance of the election; the provisions of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies; on the position and role of the National Assembly and People's Councils in the State apparatus; on the responsibilities and powers of People's representatives; on the obligations of citizens in building a clean, strong, efficient, and effective State apparatus.

The Provincial People's Committee directs: Establishing organizations in charge of elections in the province in accordance with the provisions of law. The Provincial Election Committee develops a specific plan to implement the election of deputies to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; establishes a security subcommittee, a subcommittee to handle complaints and denunciations about elections, and a subcommittee to propagate elections to assist the Election Committee. Directs provincial departments, branches, and sectors to: Provide professional guidance on organizing elections of deputies to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels; develop a plan for information and propaganda work; ensure funding, facilities; ensure security, order, and social safety to serve the election work.

Comrade Le Van Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee delivered a concluding speech at the Conference.

Regarding the Working Regulations and Working Program of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, term II, 2025 - 2030, after the Working Regulations and Working Program were issued by the Party Committee, it is recommended that Party Committee members, Branches and grassroots Party Committees thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the Working Regulations and Working Program, contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of the leadership and direction of the Party Committee.

Regarding the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee to implement the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the Provincial People's Committee, Party committees at all levels, and affiliated Party organizations closely follow the targets, key tasks and breakthroughs of the Resolution and the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, concretize them into plans suitable to the reality of the province, agencies, units, and enterprises, ensuring comprehensive, close and effective leadership of Party committees at all levels; promote the role and exemplary responsibility of cadres and Party members, especially leaders. Mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system and the entire people; promote propaganda, advocacy, create social consensus, arouse the spirit of solidarity, innovation, and development aspirations....
