Conference to review the coordination regulations between Ho Chi Minh Museum and the Guard Command in 2025

On the afternoon of September 26, in Hanoi, a conference was held to review the coordination regulations between the Ho Chi Minh Museum and the Guard Command in 2025. Dr. Vu Manh Ha, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum and Colonel Do Xuan Tiep, Deputy Commander of the Guard Command co-chaired the conference.

At the Conference, delegates listened to Colonel Nguyen Van Viet, Commander of Regiment 375, present the Report on the Results of the 1-year Review of the Implementation of Coordination Regulation No. 142/QCPH-BTLCV-BTHCM, dated March 23, 2023 (from August 2024 to September 2025) between the Guard Command and the Ho Chi Minh Museum.

Implementing the Coordination Regulation No. 142/QCPH-BTLCV-BTHCM, dated March 23, 2023 between the Guard Command and the Ho Chi Minh Museum in performing guard work, over the past year (from August 2024 to September 2025), the two units have closely followed the developments in the security situation, regulations of the Guard Law, and the Coordination Regulation between the Guard Command and the Ho Chi Minh Museum. The leaders of the two units have focused on directing their subordinate units to deploy and thoroughly educate officers, soldiers, employees and workers to strictly implement the contents of the Regulations, making the coordination work increasingly closer, quality and effective to meet the requirements of the tasks of the two units, creating cohesion, solidarity and unity, contributing to ensuring security and safety in key areas, activities of guard subjects, political and cultural events taking place at the Ho Chi Minh Museum, organizing for domestic people and foreigners to visit Uncle Ho's Mausoleum and visit the area to ensure safety and thoughtfulness.
The conference agreed on the direction of work in the coming time: The two units continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the viewpoints, guidelines and policies of the Party, the laws of the State, and the signed coordination regulations between the two units, contributing to the successful completion of the political tasks assigned by the Party and the State. The leaders of the two units further strengthen the direction of affiliated units to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, seriously and effectively implement the coordination work between the two units, in accordance with the spirit stated in the coordination regulations. Officers, soldiers, employees and workers in the two units continue to thoroughly grasp and raise awareness of the meaning and importance of implementing the regulations, thereby proactively coordinating, uniting, supporting each other, and successfully completing the tasks. Strengthen information exchange and coordinate more closely in the preparation and implementation of plans and measures to protect political and cultural events taking place at the Ho Chi Minh Museum with Party and State leaders and international delegations with security guards attending...
Dr. Vu Manh Ha, Director of the Ho Chi Minh Museum, assessed that in more than 01 year of implementing the Coordination Regulations, the Ho Chi Minh Museum and the Guard Command regularly maintained information exchange; developed and deployed plans to ensure absolute security and safety for Party and State leaders, international delegations and people when visiting and working at the Ho Chi Minh Museum. In particular, the coordination work was also effectively carried out in the country's important political and social events such as: the ceremony, parade, and march of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, and the reunification of the country... Implementing and continuing to improve the effectiveness of the Coordination Regulations between the Ho Chi Minh Museum and the Guard Command is a very necessary, meaningful and important task not only for the guard force but also for the cadres, civil servants and employees of the Ho Chi Minh Museum. Dr. Vu Manh Ha hopes that in the coming time, the two units will continue to effectively implement the contents of the Coordination Regulations, promote the combined strength, improve the quality of professional work and ensure security and safety in the Ho Chi Minh Museum area.

Speaking at the Conference, Colonel Do Xuan Tiep, Deputy Commander of the Guard Command, acknowledged the positive results achieved after one year of implementing the Coordination Regulations between the Guard Command and the Ho Chi Minh Museum. The close and synchronous coordination of the two units in the past time has significantly contributed to ensuring absolute security and safety for important political events and foreign affairs activities of the Party and State, as well as for senior leaders and international delegations when visiting and working at the Ho Chi Minh Museum. Colonel Do Xuan Tiep affirmed that in the coming time, the Guard Command will continue to promote a sense of responsibility, regularly exchange information, promptly grasp and update relevant situations; at the same time, share experiences, methods, and skills in organizing and implementing plans and tasks of guard work; strengthen coordination with the Ho Chi Minh Museum to closely and better carry out this work.

Based on the results achieved after more than 01 year of implementing the Coordination Regulations, the Guard Command and the Ho Chi Minh Museum will strengthen the relationship, solidarity, cohesion, close, comprehensive, synchronous and effective coordination, contributing to maintaining stability, security and safety in the Ho Chi Minh Museum area. At the same time, the two units regularly evaluate and exchange to understand the situation, supplement necessary solutions during operations, adapt to suit the actual situation, improve efficiency in safety and security work, and successfully complete the political tasks assigned by the Party, State and People.
