At the seminar, speakers expressed their opinions on issues related to agricultural production adapting to climate change, such as: The impact of climate change on Vietnam's agriculture and the current situation of linking agricultural product consumption; plans and solutions to implement the Project "Sustainable development of one million hectares of high-quality, low-emission rice cultivation associated with green growth in the Mekong Delta" by 2023; the current situation of the impact of climate change on agricultural production in the Mekong Delta and specific solutions to adapt...

Thereby, contributing to raising awareness of members and farmers , promoting propaganda for members and farmers to apply high technology in production associated with climate change adaptation, gradually forming high-tech production areas and smart agriculture .

It is known that this is an activity in a series of activities to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Farmers' Association (October 14, 1930 - October 14, 2024). Previously, the An Giang Farmers' Association organized the "Farmers' Competition II - 2024"; the 7th An Giang Farmers' Sports Festival; the "An Giang Typical Agricultural Products VI" Contest.

Tomorrow (October 10), the 20th Congress to honor excellent farmers and businessmen in An Giang province (2022-2024 period) will take place; on October 18, a meeting of female officials of the Vietnam Farmers' Association in the Mekong Delta region will take place.
