More than 38 billion VND to support people affected by storm No. 3

As of September 11, 8 units and individuals have registered to support people affected by storm No. 3 and floods in Phu Tho through the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Red Cross Society with a total amount of more than 38 billion VND.

The Provincial Red Cross Association received relief goods donated by HSB Phu Tho Insurance Company.

In order to provide timely support to families affected by storm No. 3, many domestic and foreign agencies, units, businesses and individuals have supported people in affected localities through the receiving units, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Red Cross Association. As of September 11, 8 units and individuals have registered to support through the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee with an amount of 37,435,100,000 VND, of which: The Central Relief Mobilization Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has a policy to support 30 billion VND; Hanoi City Relief Mobilization Committee 5 billion VND; Da Nang City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee 2 billion VND; DEASANG Vietnam Co., Ltd. 300 million VND; Mr. Nguyen Khac Hung (son of the late Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Khac Nghien donated 100 million VND), Ms. Sophia Tran (overseas Vietnamese) donated 10 million VND...

The Provincial Red Cross Association received goods supported by the Vietnam Red Cross Association to provide timely relief to people in Ha Hoa district.

In addition, the Red Cross Association at all levels promptly provided support to respond and overcome the consequences worth more than 1 billion VND. The Provincial Red Cross Association received 100 million VND along with 200 boxes of household goods and 300 bags of essential items such as food and medicine from the Vietnam Red Cross Association; and received goods donated by BSH Phu Tho Insurance Company and Chu Hoa Primary School (Viet Tri).

The Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Red Cross Association will balance financial support and goods to promptly provide relief to affected localities.
