Since its establishment, the La Bang Commune Then Singing and Tinh Lute Club has gathered 15 members who are passionate about practicing and performing. They are not only farmers attached to the tea plantations, but also “folk artists” who preserve the soul of Then melodies.
At each activity, the sound of instruments and singing echoes through the mountains and forests, creating a unique cultural space, attracting visitors to stop and listen and experience. Currently, club members regularly perform at resorts and local tourist attractions. In fact, many households and residential areas in the province such as La Bang, Ba Be, Na Ri, Tan Cuong, Dinh Hoa communes... have known how to combine homestay models, experiential tourism with ethnic cultural performances.
Tourists can enjoy a cup of hot tea while listening to Then singing and Tinh lute, creating a new and profound feeling. This is also a way for people to increase their income and develop the economy based on local strengths.
