Instructions for using artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT in office work

Dien Bien TV - On the morning of April 18, Dien Bien Provincial Police presided over and coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee Office and BKAV Center to organize a conference to guide the use of the ChatGPT artificial intelligence tool in office work. The conference was organized in a direct and online format connecting to the bridge points at the People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and the People's Committees of communes, wards and towns throughout the province.

Dien Bien is a mountainous, border province; socio -economic conditions and infrastructure are particularly difficult; communes are hundreds of kilometers away from the provincial center in some places; therefore, the application of science and technology, especially information and communication in leadership and direction is extremely necessary; at the same time, it is the shortest way to connect communes in remote areas.

Based on the practical situation, the use of artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT in office work is an important task to urgently concretize the guiding viewpoint of General Secretary To Lam in Resolution 57 dated December 22, 2024 "On breakthroughs in science , technology, innovation, creativity and national digital transformation" into the practical work of Dien Bien province; in which it is determined: "Developing science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation is the top important breakthrough, the main engine for rapidly developing modern productive forces, perfecting production relations, innovating national governance methods, developing the economy and society, preventing the risk of falling behind, bringing the country to develop richly and strongly in the new era, the era of national development".

Attending the conference, delegates who are leaders, cadres, civil servants, and public employees of departments, branches, sectors, and localities in Dien Bien province were presented with the content of 2 topics by the BKAV Center's lecturers: Overview of artificial intelligence and ChatGPT and ChatGPT application in office work. Thereby, the aim is to guide and provide basic information and knowledge on the application of ChatGPT artificial intelligence in supporting and improving the efficiency and quality of office work, shortening the time to process work; spreading the spirit of innovation and creativity throughout the political system and the people./.
