Tan Chau District: Mobilizing more than 2.7 billion VND to take care of the work of promoting learning and talent

On the morning of June 19, Tan Chau District Association for Promotion of Education held a conference to review the promotion of education work in the first 6 months of 2025.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Education Promotion Association at all levels in the district has done a good job of organizing the giving of gifts and scholarships to support students in difficult circumstances to go to school, light up their dreams...; played a good core role in mobilizing and closely coordinating with agencies, departments, branches, organizations, sponsors inside and outside the area to promote the work of promoting education and talent.

Through that, the Association at all levels in the area has awarded 2,330 scholarships for learning encouragement, worth over 780 million VND; 565 scholarships for talent encouragement, worth over 220 million VND; gifts and other support with 6,179 scholarships, worth over 1.7 billion VND. The total amount of money mobilized to date is over 2.7 billion VND.
