Attending the site handover ceremony were Mr. Do Quang Tuan, Deputy General Director of Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (investor of Hai Long Industrial Park) and Mr. Chen Jinbao, Director of Glitter Vietnam Festival Products Co., Ltd.
The project has a total investment of 75 million USD, implemented on an area of 14.9 hectares, with a designed capacity of 18,000 tons of products/year. The factory specializes in manufacturing products such as gift wrapping paper, gift boxes, paper bags, notebooks, greeting cards, paper boxes, paper cups, paper plates to serve the domestic and international markets.

Before the official signing, both parties conducted a field survey. The handed-over site was leveled synchronously and up to standard, creating conditions for the investor to start construction and implement the project immediately.

Hai Long Industrial Park is the second largest industrial park being developed in Thai Binh Economic Zone, with a scale of nearly 300 hectares.
