At the conference to review the work of the first 9 months of 2025 organized by the Party Committee of Luu Kiem ward on the morning of September 30, the ward leader said that the ward has built and planned a public investment portfolio for 2026 including 18 projects with a total investment of nearly 250 billion VND.

Accordingly, there is 1 headquarters project, 6 traffic projects, 1 agricultural project, 4 park projects, 3 cultural house projects, 2 school projects and a project to build a Public Administration Center.

The leader of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department spoke at the conference.

Also at the conference, the ward leaders informed that in the first 9 months of 2025, the disbursement of public investment capital of the ward was more than 111.3 billion VND, reaching 65% of the plan assigned by the city. The locality focused on implementing site clearance for 5 investment projects in the ward to ensure the plan.

Specifically, 100% of the project site clearance work has been completed: building a model new rural area; upgrading and renovating Lien Khe - Lai Xuan road; expanding Bach Dang High School; expanding Luu Kiem Primary School; project to build a system of transformer stations and medium voltage lines, upgrading and renovating 110 KV lines.

In the last 3 months of 2025, the Party Committee of Luu Kiem ward led and directed the locality to synchronously implement solutions to complete the targets and tasks of 2025, especially in areas such as budget collection; disbursement of public investment capital; urban order management; site clearance and construction of projects...
