On the evening of September 18, at Tay Ho Cultural and Creative Space (Trinh Cong Son walking street, Tay Ho ward, Hanoi), Hanoi Department of Tourism hosted the Hanoi Beverage Festival 2025 with the theme "Enjoy the taste of Hanoi".
The festival, taking place from September 17 to 21, promises to become an annual cultural and tourism event, contributing to enhancing Hanoi's position on the domestic and international tourism map, while affirming the capital as a place where cultural, culinary and creative quintessence converge.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Tourism Nguyen Tran Quang emphasized: With the theme "Enjoying Hanoi", the event not only honors the beverage industry and culinary culture - the pride of the capital and the country, but also promotes the image of Hanoi as an attractive culinary city. This is an opportunity for visitors to enjoy unique flavors associated with culture and life, and at the same time, it is an opportunity to connect the tourism industry with the F&B sector, restaurants, hotels, and travel agencies, contributing to sustainable economic and tourism development.
Within the framework of the festival, visitors will experience many diverse spaces: traditional Hanoi drinks, three-region drinks, creative, health care and international drinks. In addition, there is a traditional craft area, a "Hanoi Taste" culinary space with activities such as bartender performances, mixing workshops, and F&B trend discussions. The event not only brings enjoyment, but also serves as a bridge to preserve cultural values, inspire creativity and spread love for Hanoi's cuisine and drinks.
With 80 booths, the festival opens up a rich space for enjoying: from tea, sweet soup, Hanoi beer, craft beer with Vietnamese imprint to creative and health care drinks, reflecting the trend of green and healthy living of the times. The international beverage space brings the color of integration, while the "Hanoi Taste" culinary area with traditional crafts takes visitors into the world of exquisite cuisine, told through the hands of artisans. The artistic check-in area with unique lighting and miniature landscapes helps preserve the brilliant moments of Hanoi's autumn.
During the 5 days, the festival will organize many exciting cultural and artistic activities: from the opening ceremony at 7:00 p.m. on September 18, 2025 to music and dance performances, folk games, game shows, experiential workshops, bartending and culinary demonstrations on stage and booths. In particular, the thematic discussion "Elevating F&B services in tourism experiences" is a forum for experts and businesses to exchange trends and share solutions to attract tourists through food and beverage services.
The festival also spreads the message of Green Tourism, encourages the use of environmentally friendly materials, limits plastic waste, and aims for sustainable development. The decorative space is elaborately designed with flags, welcome gates, and artistic miniatures simulating the flow of flavors, combined with modern lighting, creating a vibrant atmosphere during the historic autumn days of Hanoi.
