Navy Region 3 is ready to help people cope with storm No. 10.

On September 26 and 27, in Da Nang city - In the face of the complicated developments of storm No. 10, the Naval Region 3 Command has been proactively and synchronously deploying drastic measures to prevent and combat natural disasters, storms and floods to ensure absolute safety for people, vehicles, weapons and equipment and be ready to support people in emergency situations.

To promptly respond to the complicated developments of storm No. 10, the Naval Region 3 Command has directed agencies and units to continuously monitor and grasp the developments of storm No. 10; strictly maintain forces and vehicles on duty, ready to handle situations; review and promptly adjust disaster prevention, rescue and relief plans. At the same time, organize reinforcement, tie down houses, warehouses, stations, power grids, trim tree branches, clear sewers, check lightning protection systems; move materials and equipment to higher places to avoid flooding and waterlogging. Prepare plans to relocate and evacuate forces and vehicles away from dangerous areas; ensure adequate supplies for ships going to storm shelters and radar stations stationed in high mountains and remote islands.

At the same time, the Naval Region 3 Command has requested units to closely coordinate with local Party committees, authorities and functional forces in the stationed areas to be ready to deploy plans to support people's evacuation, rescue, and overcome the consequences of storms and floods when situations arise.
