Opening of the preparatory session of the 20th Congress of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee

Attending the preparatory session were representatives of the Central Party Committees; Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duy Lam; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and official delegates representing more than 100,000 party members in the entire Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking at the opening of the preparatory session, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung affirmed that the 20th Provincial Party Congress is an important political event of the Party Committee, government and people of Ha Tinh, of special significance, orienting the comprehensive development of the province in the new term, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung requested delegates to promote their sense of responsibility and intelligence, focus on research, discussion, contribute ideas, strictly comply with regulations and rules, and contribute to the overall success of the Congress.

After the opening speech, the Congress elected the Presidium of 15 comrades, the Secretariat of 2 comrades and the Congress Delegate Qualification Examination Board of 5 comrades. Accordingly, 100% of the delegates voted unanimously to approve the list of the Congress Presidium, the Congress Secretariat, and the Delegate Qualification Examination Board to attend the 20th Congress of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

The preparatory session of the Congress also approved the Program, internal rules and working regulations of the Congress. According to the working regulations, the Congress operates on the principle of democratic centralism; the decisions of the Congress must be approved by more than 50% of the total number of official delegates of the Congress; decisions and operations under the authority of the Presidium must be approved by more than 50% of the members, thoroughly grasping a number of contents on the Party's election regulations.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Dinh Hai approved the program, rules and regulations of the Congress.

Plan to establish discussion groups, 400 delegates are divided into 3 discussion groups. The group discussion content includes: Election of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XX, comments on the documents of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, documents of the 14th National Party Congress.

On the morning of October 1, the 20th Congress of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, will officially hold its session. With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the 20th Congress of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, is an important political event, expected to create an important breakthrough, contributing to promoting the strong and sustainable development of this locality in the new period.
