(Baothanhhoa.vn) - After the merger, the Party Committee, government and people of Dinh Tan commune continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and creativity; exploit "new space, new resources" to successfully implement the goals and tasks of the 2025-2030 term to become a model commune.

Solid foundation from achievements of new rural development

Dinh Tan commune was established on the basis of merging 4 communes: Dinh Hung, Dinh Tan, Dinh Hai and Dinh Tien. Promoting the potentials and advantages of each locality and taking advantage of the attention of the superior Party committees, provincial departments and branches, in the 2020-2025 term, Dinh Tan commune has achieved many outstanding results, creating a solid foundation for the commune's development in the new period. Of which, 18 targets were exceeded and 6 targets were 100% completed. The average annual growth rate of total product value in the area (2023-2025 period) is estimated at 6.23%.

The outstanding mark of the past term is that all old communes have implemented the National Target Program on New Rural Construction associated with flexible, synchronous, creative and effective urban development. The whole commune has 2 old communes achieving the model New Rural Commune, 1 old commune achieving the advanced New Rural Commune and 1 old commune completing 19/19 criteria for an advanced New Rural Commune; 11/18 villages achieving the provincial New Rural Commune standard, 8/18 villages achieving the model village according to the province's criterion 09, with 6 3-star OCOP products. Many works and infrastructures have been invested and newly built, contributing to promoting economic , cultural and social development.

Dinh Tan Commune has been doing a good job in planning and mobilizing resources to call for investment. The commune has attracted 3 new large-scale industrial projects (Sewing T&T Co., Ltd., Ton Duc Thang Co., Ltd., Vina Print Co., Ltd.); the total mobilized investment capital for the 2021-2025 period is estimated at 1,256 billion VND.

Being a purely agricultural commune, therefore, with the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the administration of the government and many mechanisms and policies to stimulate production, the people of Dinh Tan commune have proactively and boldly developed concentrated production areas, applying science and technology to production. From there, commodity production areas have been formed, such as high-quality rice areas, concentrated livestock farms, vegetable production areas... In particular, the commune is known for its developed traditional industries and small-scale industries such as: Ai village soy sauce, Yen Hoanh village tofu, mechanics, civil carpentry...

There are 11 economic targets, including: The average annual growth rate of total product value in the area reaches 11%. The average income per capita in 2030 reaches 103.1 million VND. The agricultural area is accumulated and concentrated for large-scale agricultural production, applying high technology, reaching 330 hectares... In addition, the Party Committee of the commune sets out 8 targets on culture - society; 3 targets on environment; 1 target on national defense - security; 2 targets on Party building. These targets have been discussed and debated carefully and seriously by the Party Committee of the commune, demonstrating the great determination of the Party Committee to strive to become a model commune by 2030.
