Urgently preparing to organize the 2025 Fall Fair

The Minister of Industry and Trade - Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 Autumn Fair has just issued dispatch No. 7734/CD-BCĐ on the organization of the 2025 Autumn Fair to the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities.

Specifically, on September 25, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh issued Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg assigning the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vingroup, Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) and relevant ministries, agencies, localities and units to urgently organize the 2025 Autumn Fair in October 2025. Thereby, in order to create a channel to promote trade, investment, consumption, economic connection, trade connection, goods, industry, agriculture, services, promote domestic production activities and import and export activities. The Prime Minister approved Decision No. 2172/QD-TTg dated October 3, 2025 to establish the Fair Steering Committee headed by Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son.

Implementing the Prime Minister 's Official Dispatch No. 172/CD-TTg dated September 25, 2025 and the Conclusion Notice No. 536/TB-VPCP dated October 5, 2025 of Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son at the meeting of the Steering Committee of the Autumn Fair 2025, due to the extremely urgent preparation time for the organization of the Fair, the Steering Committee of the Autumn Fair 2025 requests the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities to urgently direct the local focal units to contact the Organizing Committee (focal point: Vietnam Exhibition Fair Joint Stock Company - VEC; Ms. Nhung 0393689174) to receive the site before October 9, 2025 and proactively develop a design plan for staging and construction right at the "Autumn Land of Vietnam - Autumn Colors and Fragrances" Sub-area to ensure progress according to the plan reported to the Prime Minister.
