Khanh Hoa: Appointment of Head of Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Head of Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board

(Chinhphu.vn) - Comrade Luong Duc Hai was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and comrade Vo Hoan Hai to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board.

On the morning of September 26, the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on assigning and appointing comrade Luong Duc Hai, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee from September 29, 2025; comrade Vo Hoan Hai, Director of the Department of Education and Training, to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee from September 29, 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh believed that with their working experience, the two comrades would excellently fulfill their responsibilities, meeting the trust of the Standing Committee and the expectations of cadres, party members and people of Khanh Hoa province.

Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh emphasized that Khanh Hoa possesses many potentials and opportunities for breakthrough development. The first Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, set the goal of bringing Khanh Hoa into a decade of enhanced development, achieving double-digit economic growth, becoming a centrally-run city by 2030, a high growth pole of the country, with people having a high and happy standard of living. The Congress also identified many key tasks on Party building, including cadre organization, propaganda and mass mobilization.

In that spirit, the Secretary asked Comrade Luong Duc Hai and Comrade Vo Hoan Hai to quickly grasp the tasks at the unit, especially the work related to the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress. At the same time, he hoped that the collective of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee would unite, coordinate and support each other to successfully complete the tasks.
