More than 1,800 billion VND from the budget capital

On September 13, at the 15th session of the 7th term Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, delegates discussed and passed a Resolution approving the investment policy for the project to build a common headquarters for departments, branches and sectors under the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; a common headquarters for the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio- political organizations and special associations of the province (common headquarters).

The project's objective is to invest in building a new complex including the headquarters of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee agencies, including 18 specialized agencies, 4 socio-political organizations, special associations and the provincial historical archive center.

Accordingly, the project will be deployed on a land area of ​​more than 9.2 hectares, Vinh Thai commune, Nha Trang city (planned Urban Area - Park - New Administrative Center of Khanh Hoa province), maximum construction density of 40%, number of floors not exceeding the approved general planning, zoning planning. The expected scale of users is about 1,200 people.

Office buildings, a provincial historical archive center, technical infrastructure, garden and landscape support areas will be built here. This is a group A project implemented from 2024 to 2027 with a total investment of more than 1,867 billion VND from the provincial budget.

In which, component project 1 - the project to build a common headquarters worth more than 1,637 billion VND is invested by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Development Project Management Board. Component project 2 - the project to compensate, support, resettle, and clear the land for the project to build a common headquarters worth about 230 billion VND is invested by the Nha Trang City People's Committee.

The project is located in the Urban Area - Park - New Administrative Center of Khanh Hoa province.

Regarding the above project, Nha Trang City People's Committee has just finished collecting opinions on the project to adjust the planning of the Urban Area - Park - New Administrative Center of Khanh Hoa province on an area of ​​654 hectares.

Specifically, the area for the detailed planning project at a scale of 1/2000 for the new Urban Area - Park - Administrative Center of the province has an area of ​​more than 654 hectares in Vinh Thai commune and Phuoc Dong commune, Nha Trang city.

The new adjustment project will focus on three spatial development strategies. The first is to create an iconic administrative center and build green connections throughout the city with six islands surrounded by a water system. The last is to enhance the value of the river frontage, strengthen water connections, and promote the value of the frontage on the Quan Truong River.

The new planning adjustment project includes 6 islands, connected by a traffic system, bridges and roads with the North - South and East - West axes.

Land use planning of the new Urban Area - Park - Administrative Center includes: construction land of more than 399 hectares, accounting for 61.04% of the planning area and other land of more than 255 hectares, accounting for 38.96% of the planning area.

In this area, mangrove ecological landscape parks, children's playgrounds, public sports areas will be built, and public spaces will be designed with a harmonious combination of open water surface space and green trees along the canals to increase landscape aesthetics, creating richness in shapes and colors.

At the same time, a green tree system for residential areas will be formed here; green trees for sports combined with amusement parks in the core of new residential areas to serve the community; a green tree system for streets in the form of 'lines - strips', combining shade trees and decorative trees.
