On the morning of January 15, in Viet Thuan commune (Vu Thu), the inauguration ceremony of the project to restore and embellish the national historical and cultural relic of Thuan An communal house took place.

Thuan An Communal House was built in 1555, is the place where local people's community cultural activities took place, and is also the place where many revolutionary movements were organized such as: the meeting place of leader Phan Ba Vanh in the peasant uprising in Thai Binh ; the meeting place and discussion place of communist soldiers of Thuan An village; the place where popular education classes took place, the rice reserve to feed the resistance army... Thuan An Communal House was ranked as a national historical and cultural relic in 1993.

In September 2024, after many items of the communal house were seriously degraded, the Provincial People's Committee issued a decision approving the investment project to restore and embellish the Thuan An communal house relic. Up to now, the restoration project of the main communal house, the fence gate, the surrounding wall, and the overall technical infrastructure has been completed and put into use.

The restoration and embellishment of Thuan An communal house not only creates a material facility worthy of a national relic but also meets the cultural and religious needs of local people and tourists from all over.
