State Treasury Region XIII manages Phu Yen and 3 other provinces.

The Minister of Finance has just signed Decision 385/QD-BTC regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the State Treasury.

 

Accordingly, from March 1, 2025, the State Treasury will operate under a two-tier model. Specifically, the State Treasury has 10 central units and 20 regional State Treasuries at the local level.

 

State Treasury Region XIII manages the provinces of Binh Dinh, Phu Yen , Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong; its headquarters is located in Khanh Hoa.

 

The regional State Treasury is organized with an average of no more than 10 staff and support offices and 350 transaction offices. The regional State Treasury and transaction offices have legal status, their own seals and accounts in accordance with the law.
