11th grade male student prosecuted for forcing friend to eat dirt

The Investigation Police Agency of Nam Dan District Police ( Nghe An ) has just prosecuted a male student who forced his friend to eat dirt, eat mud, and smoke cigarettes without letting the smoke escape.

On October 25, the Investigation Police Agency of Nam Dan District Police (Nghe An) initiated a case and prosecuted PTN (born in 2008, residing in Nam Anh Commune, Nam Dan District, 11th grade student at Mai Hac De High School) to investigate the crime of Humiliating others.

The above prosecution decisions were approved by the People's Procuracy of Nam Dan district. The defendant N. is under 18 years old, so the investigation agency applied preventive measures and prohibited him from leaving his place of residence.

Previously, at around 9:00 p.m. on October 19, in a rice field in hamlet 7 (Nam Anh commune, Nam Dan district), PTN (born in 2008) and NVT (born in 2010), both residing in Nam Anh commune, forced VHĐ (born in 2010, a 9th grade student at Anh Xuan Secondary School) to smoke a cigarette without blowing out the smoke, eat dirt, eat mud... then filmed a video and posted it online.

Receiving the report, under the direction of the Nam Dan District Police, the District Police's General Investigation Team coordinated with Nam Anh Commune Police to verify and investigate the case.

Based on the documents collected in the file, the police determined there was sufficient basis to determine that PTN committed the crime of Humiliating others.
