On November 22, the Ministry of Public Security's Security Investigation Agency prosecuted and executed a search warrant at the workplace and residence of Mr. Huynh Nguyen Loc (Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Traditional Medicine).

On the same morning, the police searched Mr. Loc's apartment and his workplace at the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Traditional Medicine, both on Nguyen Van Troi Street, Phu Nhuan District.

Previously, in October 2023, the Ministry of Public Security's Security Investigation Agency initiated a case of "Fraudulent appropriation of property" related to Mr. Huynh Nguyen Loc.
