Previously, Mr. LNV (residing in Vinh Long province) went to the police to report Dang Van Nho for fraud and property appropriation. Through verifying the content of the denunciation, it was determined that around the end of 2024, Nho contacted via the social network Zalo to order 2 fake land use right certificates with an area of ​​​​more than 5,145m ² and more than 13,759m ² , located in Vinh Thuan district, Kien Giang province (old).

Then, Nho contacted Mr. LNV to negotiate the transfer of land use rights to Mr. V and then appropriated 564 million VND.

Nho continued to contact to make another fake land use right certificate with an area of ​​more than ^29,400m2 and then contacted Mr. V to agree on a mortgage for 900 million VND. Mr. V discovered that the land use right certificate above was fake so he reported Nho's actions to the police.

In addition, on May 21, Nho also contacted Mr. LHT, residing in Hon Dat district, Kien Giang province (old) to negotiate the transfer of land use rights to Mr. T for 250 million VND. Mr. T completed the procedures to transfer the land use rights and discovered that he had been deceived by Nho, so he went to the police to report.

Currently, it is unknown where Nho is, and a search must be organized to serve the work of resolving crime reports.
