On the morning of June 7, comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of the Northern Power Corporation inspected the progress and gave gifts to encourage workers constructing the 500kV line project, circuit 3, through Thai Binh province.

The 500kV transmission line project from Nam Dinh 1 Thermal Power Plant - Pho Noi (Hung Yen), the section passing through Thai Binh province, is about 39km long with 107 pole locations, passing through 22 communes of 4 districts: Vu Thu, Dong Hung, Hung Ha and Quynh Phu. The area of land for the pole foundation is 10.16ha; the area of land for the corridor is about 1.98ha. Construction work is being accelerated at 107 pole locations.

Inspecting the construction progress of the 500kV line 3 circuit in the districts of Hung Ha and Quynh Phu, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the leaders of the Northern Power Corporation acknowledged and highly appreciated the coordination and participation of localities and construction units in implementing the project, especially the construction team at the construction site who overcame difficulties to ensure the overall progress of the project. Commendation of localities for propagating, mobilizing, and creating high consensus among people in the project area.

However, the implementation process in the field is forecasted to have many difficulties arising. The leaders requested that the Party committees and authorities of the localities in the project area should proactively grasp the policies and plans to focus on leading and directing the implementation effectively, ensuring the set progress as well as ensuring the assets and interests of the people in the project area, accompanying and removing all difficulties and obstacles, proactively supporting human resources and means when necessary, and doing a good job of security and order at the construction sites. The Northern Power Project Management Board, especially the advance boards, should closely monitor each column foundation position, and should continuously check and coordinate with local authorities to promptly resolve any difficulties. At the same time, it is necessary to synchronously manage the overall progress between the stages from logistics, construction to equipment supply. Construction units must mobilize maximum human resources, machinery and equipment to ensure the set progress.
