According to the signed agreement, Kim Oanh Group and Surbana Jurong will cooperate to develop a series of residential real estate projects, resort real estate, and office buildings in the Southern region. In particular, Surbana Jurong will be responsible for urban planning consultancy and architectural consultancy for the projects that Kim Oanh Group is preparing to implement.

In addition to commercial projects, the cooperation with Surbana Jurong also helps Kim Oanh Group access Singapore's social housing development standards to apply in Vietnam. Because Surbana Jurong is a group that has contributed a lot to the development of Singapore by building more than 80% of the social housing in this country.

With extensive experience in the real estate sector and the orientation to become a multi-industry investment group, Kim Oanh Group is actively seeking foreign partners to join hands in developing large-scale, superior quality real estate projects to bring a better living experience to the Vietnamese people.

Before signing a strategic cooperation agreement with Surbana Jurong, in early 2023, Kim Oanh Group also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sumitomo Forestry, a leading Japanese corporation, to jointly develop real estate projects invested by Kim Oanh Group.

Ms. Dang Thi Kim Oanh, Chairwoman - General Director of Kim Oanh Group said: Kim Oanh Group currently owns a land fund of about 500 hectares in vibrant development areas such as: Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Phu Quoc ( Kien Giang ). These are all key projects belonging to many different market segments.

In particular, in the coming period, Kim Oanh Group plans to develop 25,000 low-rise and high-rise social housing products in Binh Duong and Dong Nai. This is an effort of Kim Oanh Group to respond to the Government's Project to Build 1 Million Low-Cost and Social Housing Units to support workers in localities to have more conditions to settle down. In particular, the first social housing project applying Singapore standards developed by Kim Oanh Group in Binh Duong is expected to be announced to the market in the third quarter of this year.
