Kim Thanh mobilizes and appoints 5 department heads after restructuring the apparatus

Comrade Nguyen Huu Thong, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Kim Thanh District Party Committee, delivered a congratulatory speech to the newly appointed leaders of the departments under the District People's Committee.

Accordingly, the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Nghiep (born in 1976, District Party Committee member, Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development) to hold the position of Head of the Department of Home Affairs.

Ms. Ngo Thi Thu (born in 1980, District Party Committee member, Head of Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) holds the position of Head of Department of Health .

Mr. Pham Van Liem (born in 1977, District Party Committee member, Head of District Economic and Infrastructure Department) holds the position of Head of District Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department.

Mr. Le Van Nen (born in 1982, District Party Committee member, Head of the District Department of Culture and Information) holds the position of Head of the District Department of Culture, Science and Information.

Ms. Le Thi Thuy Van (born in 1985, District Party Committee member, Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) holds the position of Head of the District Department of Agriculture and Environment.

At the conference, the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district also announced the decision to transfer and appoint 8 deputy heads of departments.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee decided to transfer Mr. Nguyen Phuc Cong (born in 1975, District Party Committee member, Head of the Department of Internal Affairs) to work at the District Fatherland Front Committee and introduce him to negotiate and complete the position of Chairman of the District Fatherland Front Committee from March 1.

Kim Thanh district leaders presented decisions on transfer and appointment and presented flowers to congratulate the Heads and Deputy Heads of the Internal Affairs Department.

Previously, the People's Council of Kim Thanh district, term XX, 2021 - 2025, held the 20th session (special session) to pass a resolution on apparatus arrangement.

According to the resolution, Kim Thanh district continues to maintain 4 specialized agencies; arrange and reorganize 6 specialized agencies; establish the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Area; Department of Culture, Science and Information on the basis of receiving the functions and tasks of the departments after the merger. The Department of Health and the Department of Education and Training receive some additional functions and tasks.
