Hung Yen women have been contributing to creating a beautiful image with their own silent but meaningful work, all contributing to portraying the portrait of a brave and ambitious woman.

Like incense in everyday life, the women of the province quietly preserve traditional cultural values ​​with all their love and responsibility. Quietly but persistently, they are the ones who contribute to lighting up the community’s soul through each folk song, ancient melody, preserving the soul of the countryside with gentleness and steadfastness.

At the Cheo singing class at the Thai Binh Children's Cultural House, the image of Ms. Trinh Thi Khanh Hoa persistently teaching the children each ancient Cheo tune has become a living proof of that beauty. With her love for traditional arts, Ms. Hoa not only helps the children practice their performance skills, confidence and expression on stage, but also nurtures in them a love for folk culture. "Each Cheo tune is a lesson about the soul and identity. I try to convey it in a way that is easy for the children to understand and remember, so that they can receive traditional culture naturally and enthusiastically" - Ms. Hoa shared.

Nguyen Khanh Chi, Hop Long village, Thu Vu commune, said: Learning to sing Cheo helps me love national culture more and stay away from electronic devices. I hope many young people will also know and appreciate traditional arts like me. Not only Cheo, the art of Ca Tru and Hat Van is also being preserved by women here with love and responsibility. People's Artist Do Thi Thanh Nhan, Head of the Dao Dang Ca Tru Club, Pho Hien ward, is the one who inspires passion for the next generation.

Not afraid of difficulties or changes, women in the province are mastering effective economic models. From gardens, rice fields to e-commerce platforms, they are spreading the spirit of innovation and creativity. Keeping up with that trend, Ms. Doan Thi Khuyen, Van Dai village, Hong Minh commune, has changed her mindset, shifting production and business to digital platforms, thanks to which the consumption of flowers and ornamental plants has brought high economic efficiency. Currently, Ms. Khuyen's model grows 30 types of flowers and ornamental plants including: 3,000 pine trees, 2,000 wallflowers, nearly 10,000 Japanese jasmine trees, 3,000 apricot trees, 10,000 peonies, and thousands of ornamental flower pots. Instead of waiting for customers to come to the garden to buy products, Ms. Khuyen has proactively approached customers through social networks and on many online platforms with 300 - 400 orders/month with the sale of more than 2,000 ornamental plants and flowers of all kinds with a revenue of about 50 million VND. Ms. Khuyen said: The trend of digital transformation is spreading, we also determined that if we want to survive and develop, we must take advantage of opportunities. Therefore, in addition to developing key products, we also boldly change the communication and promotion of products through websites to introduce the garden's products to consumers. Each year, the model generates a profit of about 400 million VND and creates jobs for 10 workers in the commune.

In the journey of building a new model rural area in Trieu Viet Vuong commune, the Women's Union of Tho Binh village has affirmed its role as a core force, a pioneer in patriotic emulation movements. Not only stopping at mobilizing and propagating, the Union has directly implemented many practical and effective models of activities, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of members, creating a strong spread in the whole commune. The movement "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean" was widely launched. Every Sunday morning, members clean up the village roads and alleys, collect garbage, keep the village clean and beautiful, creating a civilized beauty in the community. In addition, the Union has maintained the "Clean scrap" model and the "Plastic waste collection" model. In the past 5 years, the Union has collected over 5 tons of scrap, worth nearly 15 million to give gifts to 30 members and disadvantaged children. Ms. Pham Thi Khoat, Head of the Women's Union of Tho Binh village, said: The activities of the Union not only clearly demonstrate the role and responsibility of women in the sustainable development of the homeland, but also contribute significantly to raising awareness, creating consensus, arousing the spirit of solidarity among all cadres and members, contributing to building a model new rural area of ​​the commune.
