According to Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, adjusted and supplemented by Decree 123/2021/ND-CP, a fine of VND 16,000,000 - 18,000,000 will be imposed on drivers of tractors and specialized motorbikes whose blood and breath alcohol concentration exceeds 80 milligrams/100 milliliters of blood or exceeds 0.4 milligrams/1 liter of breath.
In addition to the fine, the driver will have his/her driving license revoked for 22-24 months and his/her vehicle will be impounded for no more than 7 working days from the date of impoundment. - D
