Schneider Electric, a global leader in digital transformation of energy management and automation, was honored for the first time with the “Best Workplaces in Vietnam” award in 2024, and for the fourth time certified as a Great Place To Work by the global authority on workplace culture Great Place To Work (GPTW).

The GPTW's 2024 theme is "Great Is Possible", expanding both in size to 125,000 respondents, 3 times more than in 2023, and 1.5 times more certified businesses than in the same period. Despite increased competition, Schneider Electric Vietnam still made an impressive rise in rankings and was nominated for Best Workplaces.

The Best Workplaces award is given to 25 companies that demonstrate a significant difference from the certified group, as measured by an 85% employee trust index survey and a 15% assessment of the company’s commitment to workplace development strategy. 60 graded questions and two open-ended questions assessing the work environment were sent to employees, along with six essay questions for business leaders on their human resources development strategy.

Ms. Cap Thi Minh Trang, Head of Human Resources, Schneider Electric Vietnam and Cambodia, shared: “The Best Workplaces 2024 award demonstrates our commitment to creating an open, diverse and inclusive working environment. This journey reflects Schneider Electric’s dedication to the mental health and career guidance of each employee through policies that go beyond traditional thinking. At the same time, the title will continue to inspire us to create sustainable impacts, prioritizing employee satisfaction and success in every decision we make.”
