The first time to practice the A80 parade on Ba Dinh Square

Attending the comprehensive training inspection were Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission ; General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Minister of National Defense; General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense; Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Lam, Deputy Minister of Public Security ; and leaders of many departments, ministries and Hanoi City.

After more than 3 months of training and 4 times of comprehensive training at the National Military Training Center 4 (Hanoi), this is the first time the A80 comprehensive training has been organized at Ba Dinh Square, with the relatively full participation of all forces.

Including more than 16,000 officers and soldiers; including 43 walking blocks, 18 standing blocks, 14 blocks of military and special vehicles of the Vietnam People's Army and People's Public Security.

After 40 years since 1985, large-scale military vehicles, weapons and equipment participated in the parade on Ba Dinh Square.

At this combined training, for the first time, there were formations of the Royal Cambodian Army, the Lao People's Army and the Russian Federation military bloc participating.

At the general training session, after performing the ritual part, the National Emblem, Party flag, Fatherland flag, portrait procession of President Ho Chi Minh, symbolic model of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, command vehicle, vehicle carrying the Victory Military Flag, honorary block of military branches, female military band, walking blocks, vehicles, artillery of military branches of the Vietnam People's Army, Vietnam People's Public Security... took turns passing through the stage in front of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, on Ba Dinh Square.

Then the teams split up along the streets, continue marching, go to the assembly point and end practice.
