On the afternoon of October 8, while working at the payment counter on the first floor of Building G, Ms. Ngo Thi Hien, an accountant at Bac Ninh General Hospital No. 1, discovered a leather wallet containing nearly 1.7 million VND but no identification documents or personal information. Immediately after, she contacted the Security Team to coordinate the inspection, verification and search for the owner of the wallet. Using professional measures and monitoring surveillance cameras, the Security Team quickly identified and returned the property to Mr. Hoang Van Quyen, residing in My Thai commune.

Previously, at around 3:40 p.m. on July 13, while on duty at the Emergency Department, a security guard discovered a white wallet left on a waiting bench. Immediately, the security guard coordinated with some residents to check, make a record and recorded that the wallet contained more than 2 million VND and many personal documents bearing the names of Le Thi Thuy and Le Thi Quy. From the above information, the security force quickly verified and returned the property intact to Ms. Le Thi Thuy, residing in Da Mai ward.
Statistics from 2024 to present, members of the Security Team of Bac Ninh General Hospital No. 1 have discovered, received and returned property to 23 patients and their relatives. Of which, security guards directly discovered 9 cases, the rest were discovered and handed over by officers, medical staff and people; the total returned property was more than 48 million VND, 6 mobile phones, 1 pair of gold earrings and many personal documents. Ms. Nguyen Thi L. (born in 1989), residing in Xuan Cam commune, said: "Due to carelessness, when doing the hospitalization procedures for a relative, I dropped my wallet containing 20.6 million VND. All of this money was borrowed by the family. Upon receiving the property back, my family was very touched and extremely grateful to the security force."
Mr. Truong Duc Thuan, Head of Administration Department (Bac Ninh General Hospital No. 1) said: "For individuals who find lost items and return them to their owners, we recommend that the hospital leadership promptly commend and reward them to create a widespread influence for good deeds."
