On February 18, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province announced that it had just issued a plan to pilot the business cafe model at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Committee.

Organizing the business coffee model aims to help provincial leaders listen, accompany, share and support businesses.

This is also an opportunity for provincial leaders to promptly resolve difficulties and obstacles that businesses are facing; listen to advice, exchange new ideas and comments from businesses, helping businesses and investors feel secure in production and business.

According to the People's Committee of Gia Lai province, the implementation of the business cafe model must be effective and substantial, not formal, creating a sense of closeness between provincial leaders and businesses that are investing and interested in investing in the province.

Issues raised through contact will be monitored and resolved effectively, linked to the responsibility of heads of agencies and units.

With this model, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee will directly meet and contact businesses at 7-8 am every Thursday at the internal reception house inside the headquarters of the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee.

Priority is given to investors who are interested in researching investment in Gia Lai province and non-budget projects that are facing difficulties with paperwork and procedures.

In addition to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches will arrange leaders and specialized civil servants according to their fields of responsibility to monitor and support the handling of specific cases.

Enterprises and investors wishing to meet will register through the Department of Planning and Investment and the Provincial People's Committee Office or through relevant departments.
